Caitlin was wonderful leading up, answering any questions I had as a first time mom or just being there for moral support through the ups and downs of pregnancy. She helped me get my birth plan set up, and was able to come once I got admitted to hospital. She was extremely professional entire time with us and medical team. Although my birth plan had to change drastically due to the needs of the baby and I, Caitlin remained with us and continued to support us every step of the way, in order to help my husband and I have a positive birth experience regardless. She had a very calming presence and Im so glad she was part of our birth experience. I have now given birth twice with Holly and she's been nothing short of amazing both times. With my first birth she was so reassuring and calm when it seemed like everyone else wasn't. She was absolutely essential to helping me stay calm and focused. With my most recent birth, she was essential in helping me achieve the unmedicated birth I was dreaming of. She helped me with positions to get the baby in a better position, offered counter pressure through every contraction, an d reassurance that I could do it and was doing it. My husband was never left out either she would suggest positions that would involve him helping me and she even brought him breakfast when he forgot to eat before we went to the hospital. Breastmilk will stay frozen in your deep freeze or freezer without power longer if you keep the freezer closed. Do not move to a cooler unless you plan on using it rather quickly. Once it is thawed it will be good for 7 days if it remains cold.

I first met Holly almost 8 years ago when I had my first daughter. During that time I struggled to produce milk and I had a longing to nurse my little one. I am SO thankful we included Holly into our birthing team, from the moment I met her I had a sense of peace She is a wealth of knowledge, incredibly understanding and very loving. My husband at first was skeptical on hiring a doula but he knew it was something I wanted to do and never opposed it. The day we came home from the hospital he began bragging to family and friends about how he would recommend hiring Holly to anyone and everyone Holly checked in with me all th e time. She made sure that I knew I was cared for and about before labor day even came around. She supported my choices and knew my goals. We chose to have an unmedicated hospital birth and she helped myself and my husband to accomplish that goal When your tough guy husband tells you that the laboring process and the birth felt like a dream and we both felt like we couldn't have done it without Holly you KNOW she is a great choice She also encapsulated my placenta and made the most beautiful keep sake, who would have thought I would be showing off my placenta print to family and friends Thank you Holly The Thorn family loves you so much https://bit.ly/35pmeS0
