
I am trying to just roll with all the waves right now! I am excited to announce that I will be hosting two Prenatal Yoga classes virtually each week. Join me from your living room EVERY Friday at 12:00 PM CST plus this Tuesday at 10:00 AM. My goal is to also continue the Tuesday class but it may shift day and time dependent on my work schedule. Tuesday’s class is $10. To join class Download Zoom on your smartphone or iPad today, or log in with your laptop and use the meeting link provided when you register. All you need is a clear space, but a mat, block (or books), and a few pillows are helpful too! This class is perfect for all trimesters! Postpartum moms are also welcome to join. This class is designed to create enhanced breath, awareness, strength, and flexibility during pregnancy. To prepare for birth and beyond, these gentle breathing practices help moms connect with their bodies & learn to regulate their breathing throughout their pregnancy and prepare for birth.
