Listen to your intuition and if you feel your body needs attention medical wise; seek care from your provider.
If your body is changing and you feel like your health is ok consider showing yourself a bit more self-love. All bodies are different but we don't always love our growing bodies during pregnancy, the body that we have after we have grown life inside of ourselves, or the body that may not be functioning as we would like for it to. Self-love and gratitude can go a long way when you let intuition lead.
